COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY
After a binding agreement for travel arrangements is reached, if a customer does not receive the activities, services, or goods booked via this site, the Company will provide consumer remediation through its dispute resolution process. The Company will accept responsibility for reparation of disputes as long as notice is provided within two years from the date of the booked travel or activity. However, the Company shall not be liable if the failure to deliver the booked activities, services, or goods is due to the customer's actions or omissions.
In the event that a customer suffers damages due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, transport or lodging closures, government mandates, or other unforeseeable events, the Company assumes no responsibility for reparation of said damages.
